If they started as linked media, and you didn't change the framerate, then link the media again, SELECT all the linked clips in the bin, make sure your transcoded clips are NOT selected. Right-click your sequence, RELINK, use the "Selected items in ALL open bins" option, and it should relink.

Thanks Very Much! Also in the mean time I was thinking of just ama linking the footage to get it back into the project looking proper but then I would have to go through my entire hour long timeline replacing shots. Is there a way to batch reimport them as ama linked files and have them put themselves where they belong. I think that is is a long shot...

Exactly - Avid should just automatically detect Avid MediaFiles if they're in the right place and named correctly. If you still have your project files, just open up your project, and the media should just automatically be online. No linking, importing, nothing to do. If you lost your project files, then you'd use the Media Tool to locate your...
