The folders in the project hold preferences for each seat of Media Composer. Deleting these folders and the placement and bin view will be lost. We didn't want to automatically hide the folder as it was possible place clips into the folder. In MC 8.7 we added the ability to skip being prompted to save locked bins on Auto-Save. SourcePath-to-MC Folder(s)/Bin Structure

I love that I can SEE the SourcePath of files that are buried deep inside multiple Folders. I love that I can set up a WorkSpace linked to a "SourcePath" Bin Layout... But I do wish there was an equally wonderful way I could take a massive BIN of various SourcePaths and have the AMA and/or Transcoded masterclips appear in the Avid Project...

Re: MC 8.9.4 Text issue soft not sharp

Only Quadros are supported at Windows. Are you on 385.08? If not install this driver with a clean installation. If it's alright then delete the titles, do a clean MC installation and recreate the titles.

Unfortunately, only MC 8.9.3 or higher is qualified for High Sierra.

Hi folks, I have just updated to Mac OS high seria and I run an educational version of avid media composer 7.03. Since updating my system I can no longer write files to my Hard disc and cannot write to external drives only read them. I wish I had not changed to the new Os system, ANy advice or do I just need to get a new solid state drive and write...
