Exporting a Stereo image to non-stereo QT

We're working on an animated project.  The project is being done in 3d.  Getting the side-by-side stereo images into Avid is no problem.  We can view the side-by-side as a blended file in the Stereo Frame Layout in the Composer Settings also with no issue.

We'd like to export a single eye or blended image QT, but when we export the QT comes out side-by-side.  Is there a way to export a QT which shows only one eye or blended image?  Is a third-party software required?  Is there a different workflow other than just a standard export of a QT?

You need to apply a DVE on the top level track to correct for the eye you want exported and at the proper aspect ratio.

Like 3d Warp?  Or is there a specific effect?  (Do you have a fave or preferred one?)

    Thanks!

3D Warp will work fine. Once you set it up to your preferred eye, save it to the bin for easy-re-use.
