    Very buggy h264 import/AMA link

I'm trying to import 25p 1280x720 h.264 .mov files from a nikon D3100 and I'm getting horrible picture corruption, both in AMA and when importing. FCP imports the files fine and if I export them from FCP via QT conversion they work fine in MC, but if I export them as QT movie with current settings they are just the same as the original files from the camera ie glitchy. I'm assuming this is some deficiency with Nikon's h264 implementation but I wonder of there's any other fix other than using fcp or compressor to convert the files.

e2a I should add that my system soecs below are out of date and I'm currently experiencing this problem on my Macbook Pro 2.4Ghz, 2GB Ram Nvidia 9400.
