Source/Record monitors will not increase size/fill monitor

    Hi Everybody,

I have an iMac 27" and another 27"monitor attached to it. When I launch MC5 the source/record monitor will not fill the screen. I tried to pull from the lowest right corner and it won't expand.

I'm currently working in an HD 1080 project that I created in my 17"laptop. So I thought that could be the problem since I read that the S/R monitor size are based on the smallest monitor. But I opened a new project on this computer but the problem persists. Any idea or suggestions?

Re: Source/Record monitors will not increase size/fill monitor

The source/record monitors panel has a maximum size that it can't go larger than.  On a 27 inch screen it will not fill from one side of the screen to the other.

drop the monitor on the imac down to 1920x1080..unfortuneatly thats the best res when working with Avid on big screens.

Thank you guys. Well, we'll have to wait until Avid decides to fix that. Final Cut Pro adjusts the monitors as well as Premiere Pro does but I am an Avid guy, sigh.
