    Hi Jamal,

       I've escalated the case to our Webstore manager. Just my quick observation, have you tried using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? If you are using IE there is a feature in the "Tools" section for compatibility you can add Avid.com see if that resolve the loading issue. I'll keep an eye on your case.
