An Unknown error occured while processing your request, please refresh the cart and try again

    Hi guys,

I don't know what is the problem here but I want to ask: Can I pay with Paypal? I can't see it when I check out.

And I have MC 7 is there any other way to just upgrade other then buying the whole subscraption package?

    Thanks

See the threads in this forum. Upgrades aren't sold any more, only the support plans, or brand new licenses.

In theory, the last chance to upgrade was to buy a $299 support plan by the end of 2014, which included an upgrade to the latest version, but Videoguys were still selling the last of their support/upgrade packs for existing Media Composer owners a couple of weeks ago. You might want to check with them to see if they're still usable.

Upgrades are now done as part of a "annual Support Plan" that costs $299.

As MarkG said you had to get onto the Support plan by the end of 2014. (which Avid extended till mid January.)
Also as MarkG said Videoguys are allowed to sell these support plans until their stock run out. If you are quick they may still have some.

If you do get hold of one be aware that it lasts for 12 months and MUST be renewed then if you want any updates in the future.
If you do not update you still have your existing Licence which you can continue to use as long as you have hardware it will run on. This licence will be locked to the last upgrade you were entitled to on your current or supported licence version .

    Thanks Andrew for your answer.

How and where I can find the "Videoguys"? How can I buy a new license? I can't see it when I go to the store!
