    No renewal reminder from Avid - Contract expired

    I didn't get a prompt to renew my service contract nor did it autorenew. It expired in June.

    Was there a problem with the notification system?

    How can we fix this?

    I've not opened Liquid since early 2011. I miss the old girl but life is change.

    I just sent you a note. I'll add the systemID to the response. I did include the email response from the original order in case you can look up everything from the order number.
