    Re: Avid Mojo question ?

sorry to use this space, but can someone help me with my mojo?  I think I updated my firmware a long time ago and it's confusing.  I can't get my avid xpress pro to recognize my mojo in "deck configuration"  settings.

Anyone have skype?  Find me on there please.  My user name is rezakhor       my email is

Who made avid?  Bill Gates?  lol....  in my opinion, avid needs to be reformed.  I don't get it.  All I see is forums full of "what the hell" type of situations.  They should at least have free live support through Instant Messaging, free help through skype, or something.  You spend nearly $2000.00 or more and they still want you to pay for help on the phone.  $500 for a year for support.  WTF?  I may need only to ask a couple of questions.  Talking about treating their customers as a sucker, damn.  Who's the manager over there?  Ali al-Naimi?

    Re: Avid Mojo question ?

This is a community forum hosted by Avid, not staffed by Avid employees (although some visit).  If you have a problem and would like some free help please provide us with some details (hardware configuration, OS version, Xpress Pro version, QT version, etc.) and be patient.  Someone will respond with a post.  To get the ground rules for the forum visit the READ ME on the first page of the forum or just click here.

Must think of something clever to go here...
