I have been unable to log into the avid application manager every time I try it pops up with a red box that says "unknown error" then it goes away and leaves my email sitting there.
steps I took so far:
1. verify I can log in online. I was able to.
2. verify I'm running most recent version of avid application manager. I am currently running newest version.
3. reinstalled avid application manager fresh.
4. disabled firewall. no change.
5. restarted again for good measure
I did the above in that order
any assistance would be greatly appreciated
I am running windows 10 pro gtx 660 video card and 4x xenon E31270@3.6ghz with 16gb ecc ram
