Sibelius Activation problems on new computer

"I installed Sibelius 7.1.3 on 2 computers a few years ago, and the newest of these computers died without my being deactivate Sibelius. I would like to register Sibelius on my replacement Windows 10 computer, but the System No. & Activation Code I found from the 2nd computer aren't accepted on this new computer. Please tell me what new steps I should take. (I do not wish to deactivate my other old computer's laptop, in case I won't be able to re-activate it.) Thanks."
