    OMF for post Audio

Hello trying to export my audio sequence for post audio the mixer only works with OMF when I try to export in OMF I get this following error message: Audio is an AMA clip that cannot be exported as an OMF Export is cancelled.

    Why can I not export.

Is it because we use an FS7 and I have to transcode my clips in order to import?

    Thanks

    Anik

What if you duplicate your sequence, strip the video tracks, choose Transcode/Consolidate, set some decent handles, and consolidate this audio-only sequence, then export that as OMF?

the handles are set at 60.

I am wonder if its because I have created a new project used open bin to get multiple 1 min capsules from different project slapped them all in one sequence. Had to retrancode the media that was offline then relink. Is avid freaking out because there are mulitiple projects in one new sequence.
