    Unknown Error on Application Manager login

    Already unchecked Data Collection in Preferences

    Also checked the port access to respective website. Status is ACK for all three. (http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/troubleshooting/en436075)

    Tried disabling the firewall. 

    Application worked fine for the first time but after restarting my laptop once, Login throws "Unknown Error". 

    Is there anything else I can check.

    Hi mouzike,

       Try to clear the cache files inside the preferences tab.
