    activation fail

    I bought an annual subscription to Avid Media Composer six months ago. Yesterday, when I wanted to open a new project, I received a strange message in the application manager : activation fail 101

    When I entered the site I discovered that for some reason my subscription had been canceled.

    Does anyone have any idea what to do with it?
