Today, selecting "commit multicam edits" triggered an immediate crash in MC 2018.12.  Twice, no less.  Any way to overcome this?  I have a 7 minute video that I desperately need to crank out this morning, but I really need to commit the multicam to get it out to color.  What can I do about this?  I hate to downgrade considering most everything else in 2018.12 works okay for me.

Problem for me were Audio Group Clips, so a mixdown or completly getting rid of the audio worked for me.

I had audio issues as well. Here’s what I did to solve my problem, for the benefit of anyone who runs into this issue.  I downgraded to 2018.11,  and “commit multicam edits” worked like normal.  However, I also had to re-link to my original media  since I had been cutting with transcoded media.  Upon re-linking to camera raw footage Avid threw an error... something AMA & audio related...  it was an error code that I’ve never seen before and could not find a post about it on the forum. The only way  I could re-link was to keep my transcoded audio and only re link video tracks.  So I think audio may play a role in this error.  My on camera sound comes predominantly from Sony XAVC-I UHD and 1080p dslr formats.
