    Creating new Workspace

I am fairly new to AVID.  I am running Media Composer 2018.11 on a Windows 7 Computer.  I also have ISIS 5500 manager installed.

I created a new workspace in the ISIS Management window, (the one that I access through Internet Explorer) but I am not seeing the workspace show up in the ISIS Client Manager window.  And as such, it doesn't show up as a drive on Windows Explorer.

How do I create a workspace and then have access to it?  We had a yearly support agreement but I guess it just expired.

Thanks for any insights you may give!

I encourage you to read the ISIS 4.7 Admin Guide.

What user is logged into the client manager?

It sounds like when you created the workspace you haven't given that user access to it.

See page 69 of the Admin Guide.

Thanks, that worked!  I didn't realize I had to grant read/write access to each user.
