    update fails - payment detail renewal not possible

    Avid has been asking me to update paying details for their new accounting partner.

    It keeps failing. No matter which payment method I enter, the payment details won't get updated and I can't update my license. Has anybody had this issue? My license expires in 10 days. I can't believe I'm a customer willing to buy but can't.Embarrassed

    And I am getting tired to do this over and over.

    If any Avid staff is available on this forum, please check this case and advise. Thank you

    I do not have an option to renew on my subscriptions page.  Contacted tech support late last week.  They also saw the same thing and put in a tech request.  Said 24-48 hours to resolve.  Today is Tuesday, no change.  Fortunately have over a week to resolve before my subscription is set to expire.
