I need to import some MPEG video files ( The files used in DVDs) into a Avid Express Pro.

The aplication shows a " no support" message.

Is there a trick to import those video files?

Media Composer 5.3, Mac Book Pro 17" 2.66GHZ Intel i7, 8G RAM mem, Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.6, G RAID 2TB 7200rpm. [view my complete system specs]

Convert 'em to QT. There's probably some free utilities to do it, but QT Pro for $30 is pretty cool to have too.
