Easiest way to go 200% to 0% on one clip?

I was trying to take a clip and make it play 200% to 0% instead of 100% to 0 or straight 200%...is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks...I couldn't figure out any of the Timewarp effects that had keyframes...

There's a quick-and-dirty workaround which isn't elegant but you can often get away with as an effect.  First create a double speed mtion effect on the clip that you want to modify.  Edit it in and drop the ramp down to 0% timewarp effect onto it.

This isn't the nicest way to do this because normal speed will look like half speed.  A better way would be to take advantage of Avid's upgrade offer.  Its timewarp has keyframing.
