    problems with Digidesign 002

    Can someone tell me how we make our Digidesign 002 work with MC 2.8?  We've tried uninstalling pro tools le, and reloading the drivers with avid utilities, using 7.03 drivers, no joy....please help!!

    Hi, maybe I can help...

    1. Install PT.

    2. Install Avid.

    3. Uninstall PT and then re-install it to overwrite the Avid audio drivers.

    4. Make sure you have the digital reference (clock) from the Mojo connected to the Digi002 and that they are working on different FireWire ports. (a seperate card)

    I have been running my AVID and PT 7.0x on the same system for many years and still going strong. You will not be able to access your audio console from inside Avid but having PT you will not need it.
