    Disabling Windows key

You know that annoying key between CTRL & ALT? Is there anyway to disable the darn thing? Or map it to do something else?

    Thanks

    Re: Disabling Windows key

In my gaming days I used to just rip it off the keyboard. Nothing worse in a rocket-fight in Quake than having the game suddenly lock up then switch back to the Windows desktop.

Actually there was something worse than that - creeping around in Counter Strike with hostages in the enemy's terrortory and having it happen.

Now days I actually use it a lot - Win-E for explorer, Win-R for run, Win-D for minimise all, etc...
