Click the mouse in the bin and use ctrl + L (or K for reduction).

And after enlarging them, choose "fill window" from the bin menu.

How do I make the frames bigger without the command-L key?  I'm logged in remotely from a Windows machine and that key combination locks the Windows computer.

You could try ctrl-alt-L. It will still enlarge the frames and may not lock the computer (or maybe it will; you'll have to give it a try).

Under Edit / Enlarge Frame or Edit / Reduce Frame
