worst relink process I ever have seen

    One Question.

Who is the f(a)cking Idiot who invented this automatic relink to AMA and back feature. And that is his adress so I can send him my bill.

It`s driving me crazy now for about millions of hours. I do my online process, bring a big sequence back to the original AMA files (RED, GoPRO, Canon,XDCAM) And every time, if one bin open that contains offline files or information about offline files my complete online sequence switch back to the offline resolution. What the Hell is this mess meaning. Whats the deal with that?.

If Avid would go back to the online resolution automaticlly it wouldn`t be a huge problem but it does it not.

If you cancel my account - I don`t care, so again who was this f(a)cking idiot, who invented this crab?

I am Avid editor for over 15 years and Avid and I have some night and days full of problems, but this night is the real night.

I don't think it's a design issue at all but either a workflow you are using or a problem somewhere.

Have you checked your AMA settings? Probably under the Volume Mounting tab. (Automatically relink to volume)
