Nightmare on Elm Street Media Composer

I am trying to import multiple folders with material from a panasonic AG AF 100 AVCHD format and then import some clips Media Composer 7.0.3 displays the following message.

I tried trascode and does not work either, I have installed the AVCHD codec, and I made sure that in the MXF folders do not have more than 2500 files. What can be happening? Or are those errors when it comes a new version of Media Composer on the way?

I have attached to my system a Hard disk for USB 2.0 and never happened this.

    Thank you for your help.

Have you tried Clip Wrap to re-wrap the AVCHD to another format? I rarely transcode directly in Avid as i usually do a one light pass in DaVinci Resolve on my own C100 footage and output to pro-res then import to Avid.
