    Licensing Error Code: 6

I am currently creating a Hard Drive image with Avid Media Composer v8.3 for an Apple Mac lab. Mac OSX 10.9.5.

We have 40 new floating licenses running on a Windows 2008 Server.

When I initially installed the software last week and ran Media Composer I saved the license server address in the Avid Application Manager as recommended without activating. Avid Media Composer ran fine. However, this week I am unable to save the server address, I get an error code: 6. (see attachment). I have tried deleting the license files in library/application support/Avid/Licenses/ and the Application Manager allows me to reset the server but I still can't get past the licensing except by using the trial option. I have also tried repairing permissions, and checked the permissions on the license folder, but everything appears fine. Any suggestions?
