    Buying multiple Support re-instatement plans.

    Dear Avid,

    For one of my customers I'm buying 3 $399,- support re-instatement plans from the online store.

    But to my amazement I can only buy one at a time. However I try to change the quantity even by continuing shopping the amount of upgrades always remains 1. Is this intentional to protect the customer base from spending too much money at Avid products at once? Wink

    I can check but it might have to do with whitelisting - not sure and the web store team isnt on right now.

    It's a tiny little insignificant inconvenience of a reseller support tech that has been spending too many hours on all kind of weird bugs and getting people to communicate and more importantly cooperate during the last few weeks. This was just one those 'huh....' moments.

    And when you think the weirdness will end there... No. After buying the first upgrade and it perfectly arriving in the correct master account, I try to apply it to an expired 8.4.2 perpetual license. Guess what. This upgrade does not apply to this system ID.

    How can an expired 8.4.2 perpetual license not be eligible for an update that requires media composer 3.0 minimum?

    And support had to manually fix the issue. Many thanks to all who helped to resolve the problem.
