Audio not mixed with Quicktime export

    Greetings,

I have a project in Media Composer First with 4 audio tracks and audio levels set using keyframes on the timeline audio tracks.  When I publish (export) a Quicktime movie to the hard drive, the audio levels are not mixed like they are during timeline playback.  They seem to be revert to their original levels in the finished movie.

    Am I missing something?

Re: Audio not mixed with Quicktime export

I'm no expert but I've had success solving this issue by first doing a video & audio mixdown and then exporting that.

    Good luck!

Re: Audio not mixed with Quicktime export

Thanks for the response.  I finally figured that out.  I'm used to the full version of media composer where you can export the entire timeline without a mixdown and the audio levels will follow as set in the timeline.
