Hello guys, 

somebody knows the keyboard shortcut for moving clips from one track to another?

(Move the clip vertically) for example from v2 to v1.

Command palette > Edit tab > Move Clip Up/Move Clip Down

Map them to whatever keyboard shortcut you like. (I don't think they're on the keyboard by default.)

BTW ... If you're on MC 6.5, this feature is not available.

I'm in 8.6.5 and do not see the Move Clip Up/Move Clip Down options in the command palette anywhere, let alone the Edit tab. Any insight?

This was added in v8.9.3. I apologize to the original poster. I didn't see what version you were on until after I posted. If you're on a version earlier than 8.9.3, there's no way to do this.

Great! You might want to update your system specifications, because they still say you're on v6.5.

Hey nice I missed that one getting added!

I've been impressed with the genuinely useful features avid keep adding (I'd assumed this one would never find it's way into avid, same as alternate LR audio on dual mono clips)

Next maybe they'll add a shortcut for paging up/down (meaning left/right) the timeline!
