    Login Service is not available in the moment...???

    Hey there.

    When I try to open my Avid First, Login is required to Application Manager. But when I do this, there is always the same notice:

     

    Our Login Service is not available in the moment. Please try to login again later.

     

    What can I do? Huh?

    Hi Nik,

      I just log in a few minutes ago, it's working on my end. Just curious if you have firewall set for AppMan disable.

    I tried your way, but it's also the same, when I deactivate my firewall. Curious for me is the fact, that I can login to my normal App-Manager-Account. But when it's required to start Avid First, I always have the same notice.

     

    I am a little bit confused at this point. Still happy about any tipps solving this problem...

    Can you try to access the preferences menu and then do a cache files cleanup.

    I already did this.

    Now I decided to uninstall everything & downloaded it again. But now I can't login to App-Manager anymore. I just get the notice:

     

    The Programmversion of Avid First is to old, please actualize it!???
