Formatting for Instagram TV with a 1920x1080 project?

Instagram has launched Intsagram TV and is designed for users to upload videos that are shot vertically on their phone.  But I have a video that a client wants to publish on Instagram TV that includes 1920x1080 footage and video from an iphone.  Does anyone know how to accomplish this?  In Premiere you can simply make a new sequence in your project and choose 1080x1920 with square pixels and then just move the 1920x1080 footage in the frame to decide what you want to show.  But this option isn't available in avid.  Does anyone want to help me figure this out as I'm sure others with this quesiton will follow in the near future.  Thanks!

When making a new project, there is the custom option. This lets you set the format of the project to 1080x1920. You'll have to use FrameFlex for positioning the video in the frame.
