NewBlueTitler Pro 7 Express Not Working

I am new to Media Composer First. I am using 2019.12. In Avid Link, it says that New Blue Titler Pro 7 Express is included. I have installed it, licensed it, but it still doesn't show up in the effect palette. The other NewBlue effects show up in the effect palette. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

Indeed you did! Thank you for the reply! Big Smile

Unfortunatly, I cannot get to the point to use it, as it isn't showing up as an option.

I sincerely apologize Jon, at the moment Titler Pro 7 Express is not compatible with Media Composer First. My understanding is that Media Composer First restricts what plugins you can install for it, and unfortunately it doesn't recognize Titler Pro yet.

We're in contact with Avid about this and with any luck it will be resolved in a future update.
