    Where is my renewal codes?

    Purchased 2x Avid Standard Support for Media Composer (1-Year) last Sunday from B&H. How long more do I have to wait to get the codes emailed to me?

    You have the ask B&H about that. But this normal. It takes some time to process your order and doesn't go immediatly as you pay. I buy all my software from Videoguys, and it also takes a few days before they send me the codes.

    B&H can't handle codes, they're the middle man. I paid for support, where is support to answer my question? They monitor these post. This is just becoming a JOKE of the year.

    If you don't want to wait for them to find your post, you could try to contact Avid Support: https://www.avid.com/learn-and-support/contact-support Select Broadcast & Video, then on the next page click Annual Contract Support and call the number listed for your area.  Help with activation issues is free, and it's option 2 from the phone menu. If you don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Marianna Montague (marianna.montague@avid.com) and Raff Condalor (raff.condalor@avid.com).  They are Avid's customer advocates, and can help you.
