Can anybody here please help me with Avid learning? I have been unable to test because there is no "learning module" showing up on my master account. I traveled to San Diego to take the cert tests, and had to return to Vegas unable to take the exam. Avid Learning has been no help in the mater! I have withdrawn from Pro Tools 201, 210 and The Media Composer 101 and 210 because of this.
My question has finally been answerd by Avid:
I’m very sorry to hear you have had problems with the Avid Exam system earlier this week which has interrupted your plans to take Avid training and certification exams with our Learning Partner.
We have a technical problem which our IT department are working on affecting how the Exam system and the Avid Account synchronise.
For some users this is now working, but not all. We are still working on a permanent fix for the problem.
There is an issue in enabling the exams in TAT, and we are currently working on resolving it. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can you email me your MY Avid email and any do's between you and Training. I will jump right on this..... also if you have a system ID of any kind send that along too.

The issue has been resolved and you should have the exam in your My Avid.
I have checked My Avid today. Still no learning or training module showing. I have contacted the powers to make them aware of this. Please check your email with my screenshot this morning.
Hi Marianna, just found this old post. This is happening to one of my students right now - has the issue cropped back up? When I enable her exam it does not show up in her account. In fact, the ehntire "Training" section is missing.
She received the e-mail when I used the "Email Info" button in the TAT. We've tried different browsers, logging out and back in, etc. to no avail.
I've reached out to ALP support.
