Tried opening a case through the support page - nope, just keeps kicking me back to the start screen, tried the AI bot -useless, no humans available to talk online, UK phone number says it's out of service, I've sent RalphC an email. Can someone suggest some way to contact someone? Ineed to deactivate a license on a dead machine.
