what are your system specs? Detailed hardware and software info is needed to answer questions

what are your system specs (detailed!), and did you check your export settings? And what are those export settings?

I would never update while in a project. But I did test a lot and really had never a serious problem with an update. Readme nope.

might have to do with the fact that part is AMA and part is native rendered media. When going out to 50 everything is transcoded. What happens if you do a transcode first to 35 before exporting?
